Recently, Siemens Gomesa reached an agreement with American energy giant Dominion Energy to provide 176 SG 14-222 DD wind turbines for a 2.6GW commercial offshore wind power project off the coast of Virginia in the United States, consolidating the previous trading agreement between the two companies. It is reported that the installation of the wind farm is expected to start in 2024 and be completed in 2026.
